We’re a fast-growing online service business and we’re looking for 1 person with 20 friends testers to help us improve our customer experience. Your job will be to go through our website like a normal customer and give honest feedback about the process.
This is a simple and straightforward task that should take around 3–5 minutes to complete.
What you’ll do:
•Visit our website
• Go through the checkout / order experience
• Review the confirmation page
• Share your honest feedback about the experience
Optional (not required):
If you feel comfortable after testing the service, you may share your experience publicly on a review platform. This is completely optional and must reflect your honest experience.
Requirements:
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow simple instructions
• Good written English
• Access to a computer or smartphone
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Website testing
• UX feedback (Not Required)
• E-commerce checkout flows
