Job Role: Account Manager/ Team Lead - US IT Recruiter<br> Location- Remote<br> Notice-30 Days or less<br> Experience - 5 - 10 Years<br> <br> Roles and Responsibility<br> Daily interactions with Clients to understand the specs for open roles and TAT in which it needs to be closed in.<br> Someone who can be a very strong channel between the Directors of Recruitment and the team of recruiters.<br> Allocating open positions to the recruiters in the team with specified timelines and strategies.<br> Someone who has done pipelining for technology roles across developer profiles & can-do active pipelining.<br> Someone who understands the width of technology hiring & trends including Cloud hiring skills.<br> Setting team and individual revenue targets for every Month, Quarter & Year in discussion with the management.<br> Ensuring the team does a thorough screening and ensuring that a sufficient number of screened profiles is shared with the clients within the specified timelines.<br> Ensuring successful implementation of recruitment strategies for goal achievement<br> Identifying gaps in team performance in comparison to set team targets and goals.<br> Strategizing plans in partnership with HR to fill in such gaps and maintain consistency in teams performance.<br> Ensuring that there are no misses in daily follow-ups.<br> Sharing accurate trackers daily with the clients in the appropriate format.<br> Maintaining weekly/ monthly/ quarterly scorecards for team members and sharing appropriate feedback with HR and the Directors on a regular basis.<br> Creates a positive and inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.<br> Set clear team goals & oversee the day-to-day operation.<br> Apt in Grievance handling and Conflict Management and acts as a Motivator.<br> Have managed a team.<br> Hands-on experience in handling Recruitment drives and Volume hirings.<br> Should have own laptop and good internet connection.
