Responsibilities

  • This is a great position to get your start in real estate as you work with property owners, tenants, vendors, property managers, and leasing agents.
  • Real Property Management Vancouver manages residential rental property and homeowner's associations in the Vancouver WA area and surrounding communities.
  • The Administrative Assistant - On/Off Boarding Coordinator has the principal responsibility to manage the client experience in bringing Residents and Owners completely into the RPM Last Frontier environment and then out of the environment, completing all checklists timely and ensuring Owners and Residents understand where and how to access all information required for successful relationship during transitional stages.
  • You will also support other departments with customer service response and administrative support.
  • As an employee at Real Property Management, you are part of a team and will be responsible for property management operations.
  • You have the patience to answer questions and take the time to thoroughly educate clients.
  • You can prioritize and re-prioritize your workload as circumstances change.

Requirements

  • You are diligent about note taking and good at sticking to a process.
  • You love to see a project succeed.
  • You must have a working knowledge of various computer software.
  • You must be comfortable in a customer-facing role including the occasional difficult conversation.
  • You must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • 40 hours of PTO time to be used as Vacation/ Sick time
  • 8 days of paid holiday time
