We are currently seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our clients remotely. This is a fully remote position. As part of our team, you will be working directly with a U.S.-based employer, handling administrative tasks, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Overview

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant able to support our team remotely? The ideal candidate must have strong English written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and reliable internet service. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
  • Handle multiple work projects effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Perform general research and data entry tasks as assigned.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work in a quiet, professional setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Ability to attend video meetings at the employers discretion and maintain a professional online presence.
  • Prior experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass MS Office Suite and English literacy assessments.
