Comprehensive Daily Responsibilities
Lobby & Kiosk Concierge: Proactively roam the ticketing lobby to assist customers with the check-in process. You will guide guests through kiosk usage, process bag drops, securely tag luggage, and facilitate the payment of upgrades and extras.
Gate Operations & Boarding: Take charge of the departure gates. You will verify flight manifests, make energetic and informative boarding announcements, coordinate special assistance for disabled travelers, and ensure a safe, orderly boarding process.
Arrivals & Baggage Assistance: Provide immediate, on-site support in the baggage claim area for arriving flights. You will expertly utilize tracking software to locate delayed bags and process damage claims with exceptional empathy and professionalism.
Cross-Functional Support: Because you are fully cross-trained, you will step in wherever the operation needs you most during peak travel times, acting as the ultimate utility player in our terminal operations.

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School diploma or GED.
Demonstrated passion for customer service, preferably with retail or hospitality experience.
Must be able to work 100% on-site in a highly physical environment, lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Open availability to work varied part time shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
