Monitor system health and performance, taking preventive measures to avoid potential disruptions. Provide training and guidance to team members on best IT practices and new technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT support, network configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience in providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Proficiency in using Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing platforms is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in IT support or a technical customer service role. Familiarity with AWS cloud services, such as EC2, S3, and RDS. Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA A+, or similar are a plus.
