<p>Key Responsibilities<br>•    Design, implement, and maintain SRE and DevOps best practices to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of applications.<br>•    Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.<br>•    Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.<br>•    Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.<br>•    Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using scripts and tooling.<br>•    Implement and support monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure proactive issue detection.<br>•    Collaborate closely with application development, security, and platform teams.<br>•    Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.<br>•    Promote reliability, resilience, and operational excellence through SRE principles.</p><p>Required Skills<br>Core SRE / DevOps Skills<br>•    Strong understanding of SRE and DevOps concepts, including reliability, scalability, automation, and CI/CD.<br>•    Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.<br>•    Proficiency with container platforms: <br>o    Docker<br>o    Kubernetes<br>•    Experience with DevOps platforms and version control systems: <br>o    Jenkins<br>o    Bitbucket<br>o    Git<br>o    GitHub Actions<br>•    Strong automation and scripting skills to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.<br>•    Experience with observability tooling (any major platform) for: <br>o    Monitoring<br>o    Logging<br>o    Alerting</p><p>Nice to Have Skills<br>SRE / DevOps – Value-Add Skills<br>•    Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.<br>•    Experience with Harness for CI/CD and deployment automation.<br>•    Scripting and automation using: <br>o    Bash<br>o    Python<br>o    Ansible<br>•    Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as: <br>o    Dynatrace<br>o    Prometheus<br>o    Grafana</p> <br>At Zensar, we’re <i>“experience-led everything”</i>.
