With a values-driven approach and a commitment to doing every job right the first time, Leo supports clients nationwide and continues to scale its operations and technology platforms.</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Application Solutions Architect</strong> to design and implement technology solutions in close partnership with our business leaders. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — you'll engage across the organization to understand current and future technology needs, propose solution designs, and drive them through to delivery. </p><p><br></p><p>You'll serve as the internal technical subject matter expert for our integration toolset, working alongside a broader team in a fast-paced environment that includes dedicated data, infrastructure, and AI engineering resources. As Leo and its operating companies continue to scale, this role is expected to grow in both platform scope and informal technical leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Engage with business leaders to translate near- and long-term goals into technology proposals with associated timelines, costs, and risk tradeoffs.</p><p>• Directly implement automations, integrations, and workflow solutions using tools such as JavaScript, AWS/Azure functions, Power Automate, SQL, LLMs, and integration middleware (e.g., Flowgear).</p><p>• Maintain a deep, working understanding of Leo's technology architecture — including integration patterns, cloud-based services, Salesforce, and workflow automation capabilities.</p><p>• Partner with system administrators to scope and direct change requests, leveraging vendor versus in-house development appropriately.</p><p>• Ensure all solutions meet standards for cybersecurity, resiliency, scalability, disaster recovery, and compliance.</p><p>• Oversee subcontracted developers contributing to shared solutions as the role and platform complexity grow.</p><p>• Support Leo team members through open knowledge-sharing and a willingness to flow to high-priority work.</p><p>Requirements</p><p><br></p><p><strong>In the past 3 years, you have:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Designed and coded end-to-end solutions that integrate with ERP applications, serving as both technical lead and hands-on developer.</p><p>• Engaged executive stakeholders to understand business needs and translated them into structured technical requirements.</p><p>• Applied sprint-based, agile delivery methodology with continuous stakeholder feedback throughout the development lifecycle.</p><p>• Set up and managed a lightweight deployment pipeline with development environments and source code version control.</p><p>• Thrived in a fast-paced environment managing multiple workstreams, each with measurable, positive stakeholder impact.</p><p>• Earned an accredited degree preferably in computer science</p>
