This position provides exposure to architectural and engineering design coordination in a fast-paced, technical environment. This position works closely with the Design Managers and external consultants to support the production and organization of design documents, assist in project coordination, and help ensure design consistency across multiple data center projects. The Associate Design Manager is responsible for supporting design development as well as the production of construction documents and specifications. This effort involves coordination between NTT GDC Americas, Inc. experts and outside consultants including structural, mechanical, electrical, and Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects. This position is also responsible for supporting the management of consultant contracts. Their duties will also extend to non-technical, or accounting tasks related to the delivery of the work. The Associate Design Manager requires a creative, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills that can achieve high quality standards while carefully considering cost and feasibility factors.
