Position Summary: We’re looking for a Remote EOR Bilingual IRS Enrolled Agent, Case Specialist to join our fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. As a Case Specialist, you will manage and resolve IRS debt casework, collaborate with Client Services, Case Managers, Tax Prep teams, and clients, and negotiate tax resolution with the IRS and state agencies. Candidates must be an Enrolled Agent (EA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and meaningful communication with clients.
Manage assigned cases, prioritize urgent matters, and act as the main point of contact for clients.
Communicate with the IRS to set up resolutions such as Installment Agreements and Penalty Abatements.
Review financial documents, track deadlines, and maintain case documentation to move clients through the resolution process.
Maintain professional standards and client confidentiality while delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native level required)
EA or CPA license in good standing required.
Minimum 2 years in U.S. IRS tax debt resolution.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
