Requirements

• Ability to identify and track all Brand Excellence Deficiencies
• Conduct field-level visits
• Provide clarity and direction to franchisees, franchise executives, and gym-level team members
• Ability to travel 60-70% of the time
• Detail and process oriented
• Have effective communication skills
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
