Essential Functions</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously improve instruction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to co-curricular programming (e.g., speaker series, networking events) to enrich the student experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay current on industry and pedagogical trends relevant to your subject area and online teaching, including the effective use of AI tools embedded in our curriculum.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Master’s degree in your subject area.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction.</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online
