<p><strong>Chief Marketing & Business Officer (CMO/CBO)</strong> </p><p><br></p><p>We build an AI-native ERP and autonomous "AI Employee" platform for mid-market manufacturing, distribution, and logistics companies. We need a growth leader who turns that product into a predictable revenue engine — someone who personally builds the funnel and keeps qualified ICP meetings on the calendar week after week, not a strategist who only delegates.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll own</strong></p><ul><li>Build and run the full demand-gen funnel end to end: targeting, messaging, channels, and conversion at every stage.</li><li>Generate a consistent, repeatable flow of qualified meetings with our ICP (mid-market manufacturers and operators).</li><li>Position and differentiate the ERP and AI Employee products in a crowded market.</li><li>Drive pipeline across outbound, content, paid, events, and partnerships.</li><li>Support enterprise deal development, pricing, and investor-facing materials.</li><li>Own the KPIs and the numbers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>A proven B2B SaaS / ERP / enterprise-software operator who has built pipeline from zero.</li><li>Hands-on: books meetings and closes the loop personally, not hands-off.</li><li>Deep grasp of mid-market sales cycles and how to fill the top of the funnel.</li><li>Relentless work ethic and full ownership in a fast-moving startup.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Logistics</strong></p><ul><li>On-site, full-time in Southern California. This is not a hybrid or remote role.</li><li>Comp: base + performance bonus + revenue incentives + equity.</li></ul>
