The Role

This remote, US-based leadership opportunity will oversee and scale a high-performing Client Success function. The Manager of Client Success will be responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences across a portfolio of advertisers while leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Client Success professionals. Acting as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, this individual will refine onboarding, optimise workflows, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities.

The role partners closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to influence strategy and elevate the overall success function in a fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Success team, including onboarding and training
  • Drive account growth through upsell and expansion strategies
  • Oversee onboarding processes and continuously improve workflows and documentation
  • Act as escalation lead, resolving complex issues with a solutions-focused approach
  • Build strong relationships with key enterprise advertisers, providing strategic guidance
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and sales to enhance customer outcomes
  • Deliver insights through regular reporting on account health, adoption, and risk
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Support enablement through training materials, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Amazon or retail media advertising (Search/DSP)
  • 5+ years working with martech or SaaS platforms
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring teams
  • Strong background in customer success, consulting, or pre-sales environments
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce advertising platforms (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting
