The North American Clinical Education organization is a field-based group focused on product training, support, and education. This position requires solid technical, clinical, and functional expertise in medical devices, preferably apheresis and Extracorporeal Photopheresis (ECP). The role involves providing onsite and remote education, training, and support to Health Care Providers (HCPs), ensuring the safe and appropriate use of Therakos devices and technology.
Skills:<br><ul><li>Valid driver’s license and an active professional license (e.g., Registered Nurse (RN)).</li><li>Strong scientific and clinical acumen.</li><li>Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Creative problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, team, and communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of both the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.</li></ul><br>Experience: <br><ul><li>Preferably 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in apheresis or dialysis.</li><li>Preferably 2 years of clinical education and training experience and/or management experience.</li></ul><br>Education:<br><ul><li>Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science (BS) required.</li></ul><br><br>Travel Expectations: Up to 70%
<ul><li>Provide education, phone support, and training for Therakos products, onsite in the field and remotely.</li><li>Gather and report field competitor information.</li><li>Respond to medical device therapeutic questions from Health Care Providers (HCPs).</li><li>Interact with internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Specialists, Technical Service, Medical Department, Quality, Regulatory, Research and Development (R&D), Legal, and commercial teams).</li><li>Contribute to Pharmacovigilance activities, including complaint capture of adverse events (AEs).</li><li>Assist in developing tools and resources for training and education programs.</li><li>Support clinical research, trial site initiations, and creation of clinical research papers.</li><li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal projects and provide Congress support.</li><li>Document customer interactions and activities, manage expenses, and meet objectives.</li><li>Commit to full compliance with all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.</li></ul>
