We are currently seeking a Configuration Senior Specialist to join our team in Arlington (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).Job Summary: The Configuration Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the organization’s Change Management and Configuration Management processes. This role ensures that changes are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner and that configuration data is accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational standards. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with stakeholder engagement experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Job Duties: <div> <ul> <li style="color:black;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">Lead and manage end‑to‑end Change and Configuration Management processes.</li> <li mapping attributes for Configuration Items (CIs).</li> <li style="color:black;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">Oversee change control workflows, approvals, scheduling, and reporting.</li> <li style="color:black;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation.</li> <li style="color:black;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review changes, gather requirements, and resolve issues.</li> <li style="color:black;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif">Create and maintain dashboards and reports (preferably in Jira and/or ServiceNow).</li> <li times, sans-serif">Hands‑on experience mapping attributes for Configuration Items (CIs).</li> <li within 6 months).</li> </ul> NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
