It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!<br><br>We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.<br><br><strong>Hybrid Position - Onsite / Remote<br><br></strong>Impact & Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Editorial Strategy & Narrative Vision</li><li>Build and champion a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with corporate growth, major project milestones, and recruiting initiatives. </li><li>Design, manage, and execute a dynamic editorial calendar that keeps our brand top-of-mind across all digital channels. </li><li>Partner with leadership, engineering, and data center operations teams to transform technical complexity into audience-friendly, compelling stories. </li><li>Launch and scale executive thought-leadership profiles and employee spotlight campaigns that boost recruiting and industry visibility. </li><li> Cinematic Storytelling & Video Production</li><li>Lead video initiatives from conceptual boarding and scriptwriting through filming, directing, editing, and final delivery. </li><li>Travel to our state-of-the-art campuses, active construction sites, and corporate events to capture raw, authentic footage and photography. </li><li>Put subjects at ease, guiding comfortable, authentic, and insight-driven conversations on camera. </li><li>Produce high-retention short-form clips for social media alongside polished, long-form narratives for brand campaigns and internal culture. </li><li>Keep our digital asset libraries, b-roll footage, and creative resources meticulously organized. </li><li> Brand Advocacy & Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>Ensure absolute consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across every piece of media produced. </li><li>Work side-by-side with Marketing Managers, recruiting teams, safety coordinators, and external agency partners to ensure storytelling supports overarching business goals. </li><li>Don't just post and forge - track engagement trends and content performance metrics to constantly sharpen our creative strategy. <br><br></li></ul>Who You Are<br><br><ul><li>A Veteran Creator: You have 5+ years of experience in marketing or multimedia production with a portfolio that proves you can launch and execute successful campaigns. </li><li>A Visual Director: You are highly proficient in video production pipelines (framing, lighting, audio capture) and modern editing suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut). </li><li>Industry Savvy (Preferred): You have experience in—or a strong curiosity for—the data center, infrastructure, or high-tech industries. </li><li>Growth-Minded: You understand the fundamentals of SEO, digital distribution analytics, and how content directly impacts a marketing funnel. </li><li>An Exceptional Communicator: You possess top-tier interpersonal skills and are confident directing stakeholders at all levels, from field crew to the C-suite. </li><li>Autonomous yet Collaborative: You thrive in an environment where you are trusted to run with a project independently, but love bouncing ideas off a tight-knit marketing team. <br><br></li></ul>What We Offer<br><br><ul><li>A fast-paced, high-growth environment in a booming industry. </li><li>The creative freedom to experiment, innovate, and shape a brand's visual identity from the ground up. </li><li>Collaborative culture with cross-functional support to help you get the access and resources you need to build incredible content.</li></ul>
