Job Summary
As a Prep Cook/ line cook / cashier , you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in preparing delicious dishes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen by handling various food preparation tasks.

Duties
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, dicing, slicing, and following recipes
- Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean work area

- Grill work and presentation
- Collaborate with cooks and chefs to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to maintain freshness

- Learn the POS system to take orders

- Customer Service is a must!

Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with knife skills and culinary terminology
- Experience in catering or menu planning is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour
