The Coordinator, Disney+ Hulu Marketing role is an entry-level position within Disney Entertainment, supporting the EVP Disney+ Hulu Marketing and providing administrative-level support across the team. Responsibilities:

As a Coordinator, Disney+ Hulu Marketing, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.   • Coordinate campaign fundamentals, including creative briefings, asset approvals, and legal clearances.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and office support, including scheduling and managing calendars, handling expense reports, organizing multi-departmental meetings, ordering supplies, coordinating IT support, and managing messenger/courier needs.
  • Support the team by preparing PowerPoint presentations, updating trackers, and circulating agendas.
  • Represent the team in meetings and provide summaries of updates.

Required Qualifications:

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $58,500 to $72,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
