<p>As a Customer Loyalty Advocate, you'll be the voice of Viking, supporting our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction reinforces our reputation as the industry leader in pest control.</p>

<p><strong><em>Who We're Looking For:</em></strong></p>
<p>We're searching for a people-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're a strong communicator with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others, you could be a great fit. Previous customer service experience-especially in pest control or high-volume call settings is a plus.</p>

<p><strong><em>What You'll Do:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, accurate solutions.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers through email, chat, and text platforms.</li>
<li>De-escalate concerns with professionalism, empathy, and patience.</li>
<li>Educate customers on our services and assist with troubleshooting using our CRM (PestPac).</li>
<li>Update and review customer accounts, including service, billing, and warranty details.</li>
<li>Schedule appointments clearly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.</li>
<li>Identify upsell opportunities and offer value-added services when appropriate.</li>
<li>Accurately enter data, process payments, and support Inside Sales as needed.</li>
<li>Document customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately.</li>
<li>Support special projects and participate in ongoing customer service initiatives.</li>

<p><strong><em>What We Need from You:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>A calm, empathetic, and patient demeanor</li>
<li>Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational abilities</li>
<li>Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; PestPac experience preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience handling multi-line phone systems is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer/phone for extended periods</li>
<li>Willingness to work two Saturdays per month</li>
