Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Work from Home Call Center Team. As a remote representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and troubleshooting

Document all interactions in the companys CRM system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service quality standards
Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction
Attend virtual training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing coaching sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup
Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Experience
1+ year of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred
Experience working remotely or with virtual teams is a strong advantage
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is beneficial
Working Hours
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Flexible shifts available, including day, evening, and weekend hours
