looking for a contractor to help them enable what's called Application Performance Monitoring for their PeopleSoft applications using another application called Datadog.

Below is a short description of what we are looking for:

Expertise configuring DataDog - Application Performance Monitoring (APM) for PeopleSoft applications (HCM, FIN, and ELM) within an AWS environment.
Configure alerting at the Application Server, Web Server, Batch Server levels to provide the application team with the necessary visibility into the performance of the application.
Prior experience with DataDog and PeopleSoft required.
