Delivery Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and in an ethical manner at all times
- Display high commitment to safety
- Work in a self-directed environment with discipline to succeed

- Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills

- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Load vans and deliver packages safely and punctually by driving pre-determined routes, climbing in and out of the vehicle and walking up flights of stairs and down driveways in all weather conditions
- Work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Behave as a responsible and courteous teammate
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and related paperwork
- Operate on a smartphone to manage route and delivery navigation
Delivery Associate Requirements:
We provide on-the-job paid training to ensure all team members feel confident on the road and on the doorsteps of Amazon customers. We are dedicated to creating top performing Delivery Associates in the network, exceeding the standards in all aspects. To join our team, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid driver's license- *CDL is not required*
- Submit to a pre-employment drug test
- Have a clean driving record
- Fluent in English (being bilingual is a plus)
- Available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Have a proven track record of reliability
- Ability to contribute to a high performing team with a positive attitude!
Delivery Associate Physical Requirements:
- Lift a maximum of 50 pounds during an 8 to 10-hour work shift
- Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions like snow, rain, cold, and hot
- Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat/bend/kneel during an 8 to 10-hour work shift
