MAIN PURPOSE
The Deputy Store Director is responsible for supporting the Store Director in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management. Maintaining the highest degree of customer service every day in accordance with Retail Excellence and empower team to make decisions in the best interest of providing an elevated client experience.

EDUCATION: MASTERS/BACHELOR DEGREE
EXPERIENCE: 10 YEARS OF RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, WITH AT LEAST 5 YEARS IN FULL OFFER STORES
SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESSTRONG BUSINESS SENSE AND ABILITY TO DRIVE RESULTS
PRODUCT AND FASHION SENSITIVITY
PROVEN ABILITY TO MANAGE LARGE TEAMS, STRONG LEADERSHIP
HIGH SENSITIVITY TO CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND LOYALTY
