Design Manager

<p>Summary:</p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>Will develop, check, and review all finished deliverables with the Project Manager and/or Survey & Mapping Manager for Quality Assurance and Quality control.</li> <li>Will coordinate the development, checking, and submittal of alignment sheets, property plats, detailed construction drawings, site specific exhibits, and permit drawings as specified by the client or project manager</li> <li>Will coordinate a remote team of drafters and survey data technicians</li> <li>Will coordinate deed plotting and boundary rectification with PLS</li> <li>Will perform and coordinate checking of drawing packages and other deliverables</li> <li>Will provide timely progress reporting and forecasting</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Required Skills and Experience:</p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Mapping and Pipeline Design</li> <li>Must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, and GIS Systems</li> <li>Must have a firm understand the process of preparing ‘Issued for Construction’ pipeline drawing packages</li> <li>Strong understanding of pipeline design, permitting, easement acquisition, and bore/HDD drawings</li> <li>Strong understanding of PLSS land system, as well as other regional land systems</li> <li>Previous experience working on natural gas pipeline projects is required</li> <li>Bluesky (Skyline/Lightning), Plat Mapper, ArcPro, and scripting experience is a plus</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p> </p>
