Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

The Role:

  • Provide real time support for field personnel using the proprietary diagnostic system 
  • Work closely with the Service Diagnostics Team to understand needs and new developments 
  • Adapt to differing responsibilities within the Service Engineering environment quickly 
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to provide quick and friendly service
  • Support West Coast locations - 10:00a-7:00p PST
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support 
  • Strong attention to detail, good spelling skills, ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written documents 
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and communication platforms such as Teams, Outlook 
  • Ability to evaluate comprehension level of the user and adapt to solve problems quickly and efficiently 
  • Ability to interpret various technical specifications and apply to documentation and live support 
  • Advantageous:

  • Field experience with multiple OEM automotive diagnostic tools and software 
  • Technical writing experience 
  • Experience in automotive environment 
  • Service environment experience 
  • Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma
