This role is split between accelerating growth for our agency and delivering top-tier performance for our clients.</p><p>Unlike generalist marketing roles, this position demands a deep, technical understanding of paid acquisition funnels and search algorithms. Because you will operate directly during US business hours, seamless collaboration, quick execution, and expert-level communication are vital.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h4><b>1. Paid Performance Marketing (Facebook & Instagram)</b></h4><ul><li><p><b>Campaign Architecture:</b> Build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for both client accounts and our internal agency.</p></li><li><p><b>Optimization & Testing:</b> Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).</p></li><li><p><b>Data Reporting:</b> Track ad spend data and synthesize technical metrics into clear, actionable performance reports.</p></li></ul><h4><b>2. Search & Discoverability Optimization (SEO & ASO)</b></h4><ul><li><p><b>Search Engine Optimization (SEO):</b> Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and web traffic.</p></li><li><p><b>App Store Optimization (ASO):</b> Manage and tweak app store listings (keywords, descriptions, titles) to maximize visibility, search conversion rates, and app downloads.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Non-Negotiables</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Agency Background:</b> Minimum of <b>3 years of marketing agency experience</b>. You must be comfortable managing multi-account data and working under structured performance targets.</p></li><li><p><b>English Mastery:</b> <b>C1/C2 English proficiency</b>.
