The Position Reporting directly to the Executive Managing Director, the Director of Strategic Partnerships is accountable for developing and delivering growth that drives sustainable revenue, market expansion, and scalable certification pathways for Exemplar Global while also providing cross-functional leadership and direction to internal market-facing teams. The role operates at a strategic level and will own the development, execution, and delivery of partnerships, including the translation of these into structured programs and commercial outcomes that are aligned to Exemplar Global’s business model and quality framework. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, have an ability to connect market needs to revenue outcomes, possess strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills, and be a structured thinker who is able to move from idea to program to delivery. The salary range for this role is $106,192 - $132,740. Any extended offer is based on the selected candidate’s experience and overall fit for the role.
