Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online retail operations on platforms such as Shopify and Amazon. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about e-commerce, have strong organizational skills, and can efficiently manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless online sales processes. The E-commerce Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining product listings, managing inventory, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on Shopify and Amazon, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
Process orders, track shipments, and handle order-related issues promptly.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and SEO optimization for product pages.
Generate performance reports and provide insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and operational excellence.
Conduct competitor research and suggest strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with e-commerce tools and digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, email campaigns).
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of order management, inventory control, and customer service best practices.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or virtual assistant roles.
Prior experience managing Shopify and Amazon stores is highly desirable.
Experience in customer support, digital marketing, or product management is a plus.
Working Hours
Flexible work-from-home schedule, typically Monday to Friday.
Expected availability: 4–6 hours/day, with potential for full-time engagement based on performance.
