Reporting to the Head of MaintainX.org, you will use your experience building relationships with educational institutions to meet the needs of instructors and students, while aligning their learning outcomes with our customers' workforce needs.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with trade schools, community colleges, universities, and vocational training programs to integrate MaintainX into their curricula.</li> <li>Empower instructors to teach with MaintainX confidently.</li> <li>Work in partnership with early adopters on the creation of curriculum-ready materials — lesson plans, case studies, and lab exercises.</li> <li>Design, deliver, and maintain a library of tutorials, quick-start guides, and sandbox environments that empower instructors by simplifying their onboarding process.</li> <li>Enable our revenue teams to effectively leverage the value of our educational program in their conversations with the industry</li> <li>Surface educational partner success stories and impact metrics for use in PR, social, brand awareness, and digital campaigns that grow the educational partner network.</li> <li>You will need to embrace the entrepreneurial mentality of building something new, and making enhancements to our program, and its scalability, based upon your learnings and the feedback from educators.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in Education, Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.</li> <li>3–6 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or account management — ideally within education, workforce development, or an industrial/B2B technology environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience developing educational or training content, curriculum materials, or instructional resources.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to audiences ranging from students to senior academic administrators to C-suite executives.</li> <li>Experience managing customer or partner data in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.</li> <li>Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Genuine passion for education, workforce equity, and elevating skilled trades as a career path.</li> <li>Familiarity with the maintenance, facilities management, or industrial operations industry — hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (MaintainX or comparable) is a strong plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About Us:</strong></p> <p>Our mission is to deliver one platform for maintenance, repair & operations teams to keep the physical world running.
