We're looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our residential service team in Sterling, VA. You'll earn while you learn, work alongside seasoned electricians, and follow a clear path to licensure.

What You'll Do
As an Electrical Apprentice, you'll work side-by-side with licensed electricians on residential service and installation jobs — gaining real skills in a real environment.
- Assist with residential electrical service and installation
- Learn proper electrical techniques, tool usage, and safety procedures
- Keep your job site and service vehicle clean and organized
- Protect customer property on every visit
- Handle tools, materials, and job documentation as needed
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth activities
- Represent the company with professionalism in customers' homes

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and carry equipment up to 250 feet unassisted
- Safely use ladders and hand/power tools
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined areas
- Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant conditions
- Stand or work on concrete and uneven surfaces for extended periods
- Work outdoors in varying weather
- Work more than 40 hours per week when needed
