This role is designed for professionals with 4–6 years of corporate immigration experience who can independently manage complex casework, advise clients and internal stakeholders with confidence, and act as a subject matter expert across jurisdictions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role, you’ll own high-impact immigration work, support client growth through sales and solutioning conversations, and help shape Pebl’s immigration processes as the company scales.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>How You'll Make An Impact:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Immigration Case & Program Ownership</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Independently manage complex and high-risk immigration cases across multiple jurisdictions, including escalations and edge cases within an EOR model.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a senior point of contact for employees, clients, and internal teams on immigration strategy, feasibility, timelines, and risk considerations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with external immigration counsel and local vendors, providing direction, reviewing strategy, and ensuring quality and consistency of outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactively identify immigration risks and recommend mitigation strategies aligned with Pebl’s compliance and operational standards.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure accurate documentation, case records, and audit readiness across assigned portfolios.<br></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sales & Client Advisory Support</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a senior immigration subject matter expert supporting Sales and Client Success during pre-sales, onboarding, and expansion discussions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Advise on immigration feasibility, service scope, and country-specific constraints for prospective and existing clients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support solution design for complex client scenarios, ensuring alignment between immigration services, EOR structure, and operational realities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clearly articulate Pebl’s immigration capabilities, limitations, timelines, and dependencies to help Sales set accurate client expectations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to and review sales enablement materials, FAQs, playbooks, and internal guidance related to immigration services.<br></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Operations, Tools & Process Improvement</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use DevRev and other internal platforms to manage complex workflows, track SLAs, document client and sales interactions, and surface operational insights.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify trends, recurring issues, or gaps in service delivery and lead or contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support compliance efforts, including audits, policy interpretation, and adherence to country-specific immigration requirements within an EOR framework.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and escalation support across the Immigration team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor and provide guidance to junior specialists, supporting skill development and knowledge sharing.</p></li></ul><p Resources, Legal Studies, International Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate immigration, global mobility, or immigration operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong working knowledge of immigration processes, visa categories, and regulatory timelines across one or more regions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience managing complex cases and advising stakeholders on risk and strategy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex immigration concepts to clients and sales partners.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Preferred </p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience supporting immigration programs within an EOR, global employment, or multinational environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Significant experience partnering with Sales, Client Success, or Solutions teams in a client-facing advisory capacity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Advanced experience with immigration case management or workflow tools; DevRev experience strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to multi-country or global immigration portfolios.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest in
