Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day sales, business development, and campaign management
Serve as the primary contact for assigned sales leads, handling a variety of accounts
Gain in-depth product and service knowledge to address questions and overcome objections
Assist the sales team in achieving quarterly revenue targets
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to maintain a positive and productive relationship
Contribute fresh ideas to foster teamwork and achieve company goals
Collaborate with Senior Management to learn to train new team Entry-Level Account Manager members
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships built
Collaborate with senior sales leaders and the Entry-Level Account Manager team to stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and Entry-Level Account Manager teammates
0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
Ability to achieve goals independently and as a key member of a group
Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals
