Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Assurance Audit Staff member. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or soon-to-be graduate to begin a career in public accounting.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience performing financial audits and working with clients in Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs) - including condominiums, cooperatives, and planned communities, as well as nonprofit organizations. These industries provide unique exposure to specialized accounting and regulatory environments.

No prior audit experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (earned or expected within the next 6 months)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to interpret financial data accurately and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and execution of financial statement audits
  • Perform analytical procedures to identify variances or discrepancies
  • Examine and verify financial records, supporting documentation, and internal controls
  • Prepare audit workpapers in accordance with professional standards and firm policies
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality client service
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Internship experience in accounting or auditing
  • Exposure to nonprofit or HOA/CIRA accounting
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP or governmental accounting principles
Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
