We are hiring Entry-Level Chemical Engineers for on-site roles in manufacturing, production, and research settings. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot plant operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Support research and development (R&D) teams in process improvements and new product development.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and technical reporting.
Work with senior engineers and plant supervisors to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations (OSHA, EPA, ISO).
Participate in training programs to develop technical and operational skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong understanding of chemical processes, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering.
Familiarity with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, ChemCAD, MATLAB) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in an on-site industrial/manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
Internship or project experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or R&D.
