Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot plant operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Support research and development (R&D) teams in process improvements and new product development.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and technical reporting.
  • Work with senior engineers and plant supervisors to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations (OSHA, EPA, ISO).
  • Participate in training programs to develop technical and operational skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering.
  • Familiarity with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, ChemCAD, MATLAB) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work in an on-site industrial/manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Internship or project experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimization techniques.
  • Experience with laboratory testing, material handling, or quality assurance.
