Assignment Type: Contract – Part Week
Work Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute departmental and external events from inception to completion, ensuring all logistics are coordinated and deadlines are met.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of event materials, supplies, and equipment, including setup and breakdown coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure facilities, technology, and staffing needs are fulfilled for each event.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing contracts, workflows, and PO number tracking.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated experience in event coordination, or a closely related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Zoom and Google Meet.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
