This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs, manages competing priorities effectively, and maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage <span>executive</span> calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities.</li><li>Coordinate communications and follow-ups on behalf of leadership.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and <span>executive</span> materials.</li><li>Coordinate travel, logistics, meetings, and events.</li><li>Provide <span>executive</span> administrative and personal support as needed.</li><li>Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Support leadership with operational and organizational tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar <span>executive</span> support roles.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability <span>to</span> work in a fast-paced environment and adapt <span>to</span> changing priorities.</li><li>High level of professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.</li><li>Fully bilingual, with strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability and availability <span>to</span> travel <span>to</span> other states as needed.</li><li>Flexibility for occasional evening availability for both professional and personal matters.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Position Details</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time, in-office position based in Miami.</li><li>Occasional evening availability and travel required.</li><li>Mileage reimbursement provided for approved driving responsibilities.</li><li>Bonus Based on KPIS & Performance</li><li>Salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.</li></ul><p>If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy supporting <span>executive</span> leadership at a high level, we encourage you <span>to</span> apply.</p><p>Send your resume <span>to</span> HR@familylawprotection.com</p><p><br></p>
