The goal is to ensure the analyzers meet Beckman Coulter stated requirements in the customer laboratory environment.This position reports to the Manager Applications and is part of the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Division located in British Columbia, Canada and will be fully remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to: <ul><li>Ensure customers are prepared for analyzer verification, meeting milestones within established implementation timeline.</li><li>Execute verification studies on Beckman Coulter diagnostic instrumentation, including but not limited to, set-up, calibration, precision, linearity, and method comparison studies.</li><li>Deliver on-site customer training to support operation of instrumentation.</li><li>Support customer satisfaction and long-term success, contributing to sustained business growth.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Sales and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li></ul>The essential requirements of the job include: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related clinical discipline with 2+ years of direct clinical diagnostic laboratory experience; or Medical Laboratory Science Diploma with 3 + years of experience.
