Apply via Dice today!<br><br><strong>Position: Integration Field Support Technician <br><br></strong><strong>Location: Austin,TX (Onsite)<br><br></strong><strong>Duration: 4+ months Contract<br><br></strong><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Position Scope:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide M&A integration and support efforts.</li><li>60% – for the Acquired company Desk-side / end-user support. Resource is the onsite “hands” for Day 0/Day 1 support and cleanup. Includes: </li><li>Get up to speed on customers current process/environment </li><li>Post-cutover tasks: re-IP printers, update machines, fix what breaks after the cutover </li><li>Light validation: “does it open / can they log in” (not deep testing) </li><li>Day 1 end-user support </li><li>Will need credentials (passwords, local admin, etc.) to actually be effective </li><li>40% – for the Corporate Team (cutover support) Support customers corporate network cutovers, including physical work like: </li><li>Rack/stack switches </li><li>Onsite cutover execution support alongside the network team and PM<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must Have Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Possess strong desktop support skills (like changing IPs, managing printers and drivers), and be teachable enough to handle physical racking and stacking of networking gear.</li></ul>
