<p><strong>AERONES</strong>, a Global Leader in advanced <strong>Wind Turbine maintenance and robotics,</strong> is seeking a <strong>Field Robotics Operator</strong> <strong>focused on Robotics services</strong> to join our U.S. Operations Team. We specialize in cutting-edge robotic solutions that <strong>ensure safety</strong>, efficiency, and top-tier service for the wind energy industry.<br></p><p>In this role, you'll have the opportunity to <strong>travel to wind farms across the country</strong>, with all <strong>accommodation and travel expenses fully covered</strong> by the Company. You will be performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on wind turbines — ensuring peak performance and safety standards are met.<br></p><p><strong>GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) and GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) Full certifications </strong>will be required to undertake the role.<br></p><p><strong>Job Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Maintenance and operation of robotic systems</strong> used for cleaning, inspection, and repair of wind turbines</li><li>Performing <strong>routine inspections</strong> on turbines to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards</li><li><strong>Preventative maintenance</strong> on wind turbines and associated systems to reduce downtime and maximize energy production</li><li><strong>Fault diagnosis</strong> and resolution of technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technology</li><li><strong>Reporting and documentation</strong> of work completed, including identifying issues, repairs, and maintenance performed</li><li>Ensuring adherence to <strong>safety protocols and industry standards.<br></strong></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>Work with a Global Team pioneering the future of wind turbine technology will provide you with stable, long term employment with career growth in a rapidly expanding, innovative Company.</p><p><u><strong><br>Aerones Academy - Entry level</strong></u></p><p>During the initial Training Period, new Technicians receive:</p><ul><li><strong>Week 1 - 3: $18.50 per hour </strong><em>(made up from Training Allowance: $250 per week & Base Rate: $12.50 per hour)</em></li><li><strong>Week 4 - 8 (Field Training): $18.50 per hour </strong><em>(made up from Training Allowance: $250 per week & Base Rate: $12.50 per hour)<br></em></li></ul><p>All Travel & Accommodations fully is paid by the Company to a daily <strong>Meals & Incidental</strong> (Per Diem) of<strong> $60 per day </strong>is provided when away on a Project. </p><p><u><strong><br>T1 Level</strong></u></p><p>Upon successfully completing initial 8 weeks Training, Technicians switch to a fully variable Compensation Model, to allow them control their own earning: </p><ul><li><strong>Base Rate: </strong>$12.50* per hour </li><li><strong>Pay per Service: </strong>Daily Averages <em>(based on previous performance)</em></li><ul><li><em>Internal Inspection (inside turbine nacelle)</em> = $150 average per day (KPI)</li><li><em>Leading Edge Repair (turbine repair)</em> = $145 average per day (KPI)<br></li></ul></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to travel frequently and work in Field conditions</li><li>Previous experience in wind turbine maintenance is an advantage<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><p>The <u>minimum</u> requirements to be considered for this role include:<br></p><ul><li>Applicants <strong>must be legally authorized to work in the United States</strong>.
