<p><strong>FP&A Manager – Supply Chain (42539)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for an <strong>FP&A Manager</strong>. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and strong leadership skills.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for this position is $113k-145k +bonus.</p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>FP&A Manager</strong> will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><p><strong>Financial Planning & Forecasting</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities across the organization.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, operational initiatives, and investment decisions.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, including variance analysis and recommendations.</li><li>Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities impacting business results.</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Analysis & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights to leadership.</li><li>Prepare and present monthly management reporting packages, KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries.</li><li>Conduct profitability, margin, cost, and trend analysis across departments, business units, or product lines.</li><li>Support pricing analysis, labor planning, and cost optimization initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with department leaders to develop budgets, evaluate performance, and support decision-making.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating financial data into meaningful business recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, HR, sales, and executive teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Process Improvement & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and forecasting efficiency.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems, tools, and reporting automation.</li><li>Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, capital investments, and long-range planning.</li><li>Help establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The <strong>FP&A Manager</strong> will possess the following:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.</li><li>5+ years of related experience.</li><li>Strong leadership experience.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and highly organized.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer</em></p><p><br></p><p>The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
