You will manage the day-to-day administration and operational support of the Freshworks system and all its modules. Responsibilities Administer Freshworks system components, including Incident, Problem, Service Request, and Change Management modules. Maintain and enhance Service Catalogs, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, and SSO capabilities. Configure and manage Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles. Develop Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs using advanced scripting. Monitor system health, usage, and compliance while coordinating platform upgrades. Build and maintain team Dashboards, scheduled reports, and integrations between Freshworks and external systems. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Freshworks administration. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and JSON. Experience configuring User Accounts, Groups, and custom Roles. Ability to maintain and optimize Forms, Views, and Workflows. Hands-on experience with UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters. Knowledge of Active Directory profile synchronization. Preferred Skills Experience with Freddy AI.
