<p>As a Full Stack Marketer at Swift, your job will be to <strong><u>own our presence online.</u></strong><br></p><p>This role is ambiguous by design. As a fast-growing startup, we’ve had to learn how to build the rocketship while we fly it. Every role (from sales, marketing, customer support, product, design, engineering, etc) was done first by the founders, and is now being hired & owned by folks completely dedicated to the craft.</p><p>Marketing is the last piece of that puzzle.<br></p><p>The right person will come in <em>excited</em> to own Swift’s brand presence online, and thrive in the depth and range that the role has to offer.<br></p><p>Here are some areas where you can come and make an immediate impact:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Content Marketing: </strong>How do we build a consistent, reliable, and scalable content engine, one that reflects Swift as a trusted voice in the sport facility industry?</p></li><li><p><strong>SEO & AEO: </strong>We’re proud of our search presence - Swift consistently ranks in the top 3 for all relevant keywords. How do we build on this foundation and make sure we continue to rank in search, especially as “searching” itself changes in the world of AI.</p></li><li><p><strong>Email: </strong>Thousands of businesses and potential customers are on our lists. How can we make the most of this without spamming our leads and eroding trust?</p></li><li><p><strong>Social Media: </strong>Our reach is wide. Owners reach out to us on FB, IG, Tiktok, etc. How can we make sure Swift is relevant in the channels that our customers spend time in?</p></li><li><p><strong>Paid Advertising: </strong>How can we better work with our ad agency to create, edit, and repurpose existing content for high performing ads?</p></li><li><p><strong>Product: </strong>How can the product itself become a vehicle for growth and expansion? How do we do a better job of showcasing everything Swift does? How do we show the right features to the right user at the right time?<br></p></li></ul><p>This is a <em>hands-on</em> role. For the foreseeable future, you’ll be both the planner <em>and</em> the doer. On any given day, you might be writing blog posts, designing ad creative, drafting a new email campaign, coming up with ideas for new lead magnets, building Zapier automations, and more. The list is literally endless.<br></p><p>We’re all-in on AI. But just because we’re AI powered doesn’t mean we’re AI <em>dependent</em>. Your skills should shine independently of the technology you use so that AI can help enhance your abilities rather than compensate for them. At the end of the day, we need you to use <em>your</em> unique judgement and taste when executing.<br></p><p>We’re looking for someone who’s confident, curious, kind, and enthusiastic—someone who can thrive in a startup environment with limited processes, and who can take initiative, adapt quickly, and bring energy to their work. Lead magnets, blog posts, resources all fall in this category.</p></li><li><p>Build new email drips and sequences for lead magnets. Schedule consistent monthly email campaigns for new features and initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Grow our social media presence - engaging our audience as we build and ship new features, publish content, and join conferences.</p></li><li><p>Find opportunities and gaps in how we promote product to existing customers, and iterate on product marketing & launch strategies</p></li><li><p>Maintain our site in Webflow, making sure new features, posts, resources etc all have an appropriate home online</p></li></ul>
