Full-Time Personal Assistant

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, highly capable Personal Assistant who

thrives in a fast-moving environment and can take initiative with minimal direction. This

is a full-time role supporting both our family and our two businesses (one is in

hospitality and one is in commercial real estate), so flexibility, professionalism, and

excellent judgment are essential.

About the Role

This position blends household support, family logistics, and business-related tasks.

You’ll be the person who keeps things running smoothly—anticipating needs, solving

problems independently, and stepping in wherever help is needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive children to and from school, activities, and appointments

- Run errands, manage household tasks, and coordinate vendors or services

- Assist with scheduling, organizing, and general administrative support for our

businesses

- Handle miscellaneous tasks that arise day-to-day—everything from picking up

supplies to helping prepare for events

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

- Keep an eye on what needs doing and take action without waiting for step-by-

step instructions

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Proven experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or similar role

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to figure things out independently

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Comfortable working with both adults and children

- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain a calm, positive attitude

- Ability to manage shifting priorities and stay on top of multiple tasks

Ideal Candidate

You’re someone who notices what needs to be done before being asked. You enjoy

variety in your day, you’re quick on your feet, and you take pride in being the person

others can count on. You’re techsavvy enough to handle scheduling and basic admin

tasks, and you’re grounded enough to jump in on everyday household needs. If you are

interested in getting exposure in the hospitality industry and/or commercial real estate,

then this is a great opportunity for you. Must have a driver’s license and clean driving

record. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25–40 lbs (e.g., groceries, packages,

household items).

Schedule & Compensation

- Full-time, 40 hours/week, with flexibility and some weekend work as needed

- Competitive pay based on experience; compensation starts at $25/hr and

increase based on experience and fit for the position.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
