Healthcare Provider- fully remote, flexible schedule, cannabis certifications

Leafwell is looking for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or other healthcare providers who would like to join the team and certify patients for medical cannabis. We are open to applications from healthcare providers who are licensed in multiple states and who believe in cannabis as medicine. This position is fully remote and offers you the ability to make your own schedule (20 hour per week minimum).

Increase Access

Telemedicine allows everyone to receive the health care they need and deserve from the comfort of their home. Patients can speak to a physician and get certified online.

Increase Research

As more patients are certified, the greater the number of patient populations we can study for research. We are gathering real-world evidence (RWE) to understand better which cannabis products people are using and how effective they are - decipher which cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids are best for which conditions.

Increase Knowledge

Leafwell's healthcare professionals become armed with the resources they need to answer patients' questions with accuracy and clarity - increasing trust and helping people understand why cannabis is medicine.

Increase Education

Patients from all over the country can find out how and why they use cannabis and its effectiveness for their conditions.

Key responsibilities and requirements

  • Must be a MD, DO, PA, APRN, DNP and/or licensed by your state's regulatory board to see cannabis patients.
  • Meet with patients via our telemedicine platform - we are open 7 days a week
  • Provide a high quality, compassionate, empathetic experience
  • Work collaboratively with our in-house patient care team to deliver a great end to end experience
  • Become part of Leafwell's ongoing education and research programs, helping to demystify cannabis as medicine.
  • Available at least 20 hours per week.
