<p>We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for clinical and healthcare-related positions across multiple hospice locations in several states. This role requires a recruiter who understands the unique demands of healthcare hiring and can successfully identify, engage, and hire compassionate, high-performing professionals in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p>This is a remote position supporting teams across the Eastern, Mountain, and Pacific Time Zones. Candidates located in the Central or Mountain Time Zone are strongly preferred to best align with hiring needs and team collaboration.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Manage the recruiting process</strong> to meet staffing goals, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.</li>
<li><strong>Design and execute strategic initiatives</strong> to recruit diverse, high-performing talent across a multi-site, multi-time zone organization.</li>
<li><strong>Source candidates through multiple channels,</strong> including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach — always with an eye for innovation and targeting the right talent.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate closely with hiring managers</strong> to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.</li>
<li><strong>Screen </strong>candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with our values.</li>
<li><strong>Build and nurture a talent pipeline</strong> through proactive sourcing, market research, and ongoing candidate engagement.</li>
<li><strong>Use data and insights</strong> to drive recruitment decisions, identify gaps, and continuously improve processes.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Minimum of 3 years’ recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in Healthcare Recruitment in the past 3 years</strong></li>
<li>Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates</li>
<li>Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment assessment platforms. </li>
<li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with hiring managers</li>
<li>High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</li>
<li>Drive to provide excellent customer service and a high-touch experience with candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>$78,000 - $88,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.</strong></p>
