<strong>Operations Manager – Hampton Inn (Blue Ash)<br><br></strong><strong>Hospitality Leader Wanted – Growing Our Rainmaker Team!<br><br></strong>We are seeking a hands-on, service-driven <strong>Operations Manager</strong> to join our team at the Hampton Inn. This role is ideal for someone with strong hotel experience—<strong>Hilton brand experience is highly preferred</strong>—who can lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.<br><br><strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong>The Operations Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day success of the hotel. You will oversee core operational departments, including <strong>Housekeeping and Maintenance</strong>, while supporting the General Manager in driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.<br><br>This role requires flexibility, leadership, and the ability to step in wherever needed to keep the hotel running smoothly.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li> Support daily hotel operations and act as Manager on Duty as needed </li><li> Supervise Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure brand standards are met </li><li> Deliver and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction </li><li> Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members </li><li> Help manage labor, expenses, and overall hotel profitability </li><li> Review and support financial reporting with the General Manager </li><li> Conduct regular room inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards </li><li> Maintain compliance with Hilton and company policies and procedures </li><li> Lead by example—creating a positive, team-focused environment </li><li> Assist with front desk operations, including oversell management and guest issues </li><li> Be visible during peak hours, engaging with guests and supporting the team <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li> Previous hotel supervisory experience required (Hilton experience strongly preferred) </li><li> Strong understanding of hotel operations, including housekeeping and maintenance </li><li> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment </li><li> Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively </li><li> Strong communication and leadership skills </li><li> Basic financial knowledge (P&L, labor, cost control) </li><li> Proficient in Microsoft Office / Windows systems </li><li> Professional, dependable, and team-oriented <br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Must maintain a professional appearance in line with brand standards </li><li> Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays </li><li> Certifications may be required (Food Safety, Alcohol Awareness, CPR/First Aid) <br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join Us?<br><br></strong><ul><li> Opportunity to grow with a strong and expanding hospitality company </li><li> Hands-on leadership role with real impact </li><li> Supportive team environment focused on success <br><br></li></ul>If you’re ready to bring your hospitality experience to a team that values leadership, accountability, and guest service—we’d love to connect.
