Job Description:
Marina Bay Sands, Asia’s premier integrated resort and world-class hospitality brand, is seeking a Hotel Reservations Executive to join our dynamic guest services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, ensuring seamless booking experiences for our guests, and delivering exceptional customer service in line with the hotel’s luxury standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails for room reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about room types, availability, rates, packages, and promotions
- Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure all guest data is correctly input into the reservation system
- Assist VIP, corporate, and travel agency clients with special requests
- Work closely with Front Office and Revenue teams to optimize bookings
- Respond to guest concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current hotel offerings, policies, and procedures
- Generate reservation reports as needed by management
Education and Qualification:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred, preferably in a 5-star hotel
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software (e.g., Opera, Sabre, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
