Works closely with their assigned leadership teams and all employees on people related issues. The Human Resources Generalist will be instrumental in helping drive HR programs/initiatives that add value to the organization and are aligned with business objectives. The HR Generalist will report directly to the Field Human Resources Director.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities/Essential Functions:</p> <p>Project Support & Coordination</p> <p>--Provides day to day support to assigned groups including Group Vice President, Field Operation Leaders as well as both union and non-union hourly employees across multiple locations within an assigned territory/geography. </p> <p>--Acts as first line resource to managers and hourly employees on human resources issues and partners with them to implement solutions.</p> <p>--Responsible for employee relations activities, investigations, complaint resolution, employee advocacy, monitoring, reporting and analytics to drive organizational performance. </p> <p>--Partners with leaders on talent acquisition strategies, performance management, development, succession and compensation planning.  </p> <p>--Partners with leadership teams to continually evaluate and develop all employees within the organization. This would include career planning and skill development. </p> <p>--Ensures compliance and consistency to HR practices, policies, and adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations both as a consultant and oversight to all location teammates within assigned territory/geography.
