Duties
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems for residential properties and new construction
- Support the setup and interpretation of schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate system assembly.
- Assist with the installation of basic ductwork and ductwork assembly
- Providing general support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and assist with field service operations on-site or at customer locations.
Skills
- High School Diplomas or equivalent (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification in Refrigeration (minimum EPA II Preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction principles related to building systems installation.
- Prior service technician experience or exposure to HVAC/R environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design documents accurately.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Punctual, reliable, and have strong communication skills

PAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
